If you are Franklin County Resident and wish to gain entry into Franklin County after a disaster, you need to apply for a Re-Entry Tag.
To Apply for a Re-Entry Tag
Complete the form and attach one form of residency verification and drivers license and submit it to Franklin County Emergency Management
Acceptable forms of Residency Verification (need only one of form of residency to accompany form)
- Water/Power/Cable Bill
- Tax Form for property
- Property Appraiser property information
- Voter Registration
- Driver’s License
The Re-Entry Tag will only be issued to the address on the proof of residency.

RE-ENTRY TAGS NO LONGER HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE. IF YOU HAVE A RE-ENTRY TAG AND YOUR ADDRESS HAS NOT CHANGED, CROSS OUT THE EXPIRATION DATE AND PUT THE LETTERS “NA” IN THAT SPACE.

- St. George Island: Orange
- Carrabelle: Yellow
- Lanark Village & East: Green
