Re-Entry Tags

 

If you are Franklin County Resident and wish to gain entry into Franklin County after a disaster, you need to apply for a Re-Entry Tag.

Complete the form and attach one form of residency verification and drivers license and submit it to Franklin County Emergency Management

RE-ENTRY FORM

Acceptable forms of Residency Verification (need only one of form of residency to accompany form)

  • Water/Power/Cable Bill
  • Tax Form for property
  • Property Appraiser property information
  • Voter Registration
  • Driver’s License 
The Re-Entry Tag will only be issued to the address on the proof of residency.

RE-ENTRY TAGS NO LONGER HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE.  IF YOU HAVE A RE-ENTRY TAG AND YOUR ADDRESS HAS NOT CHANGED, CROSS OUT THE EXPIRATION DATE AND PUT THE LETTERS “NA” IN THAT SPACE.
  • Apalachicola & West: Blue
  • Eastpoint:ReentryZones2019 Red
  • St. George Island: Orange
  • Carrabelle: Yellow
  • Lanark Village & East: Green

 

Once the EOC is activated, NO RE-ENTRY TAGS WILL BE ISSUED.
