REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION FOR EMERGENCY PLANNING, DISASTER RECOVERY, AND HAZARD MITIGATION
GRANT PROGRAM SERVICES
The Board of County Commissioners (the “County”) is seeking qualified consultant firms with expertise in Emergency Planning, Disaster Recovery, and Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) Management.
RFQ deadline is November 30, 2017, no later than 3:00 PM EST.
LATE SUBMITTALS RECEIVED AFTER THE AFOREMENTIONED DEADLINE DATE, EITHER BY MAIL OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AND RETURNED UNOPENED. THE TIME OF RECEIPT WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE TIME RECEIVED IN THE CLERK OF COURTS OFFICE. SUBMITTALS OFFERED ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE VENDOR FOR ASSURING THAT SUBMITTALS ARE RECEIVED IN THE CLERK OF COURTS OFFICE BY THE DESIGNATED DATE AND TIME. NO FAXED, ELECTRONIC, OR ORAL SUBMITTALS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
